About the Speaker
John Tuttle is Lead EAP Manager on site for Optum (part of UnitedHealth Group) at American Airlines based in DFW. Prior to Optum, John was in house Lead EAP manager for American Airlines for over 27 years before its recent merger with US Airways.
As a practitioner, John’s specialty skills focuses on Mental Health Counseling, Psychology and Psychotherapy. Academically, he has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member for Oakton Community College and the College of DuPage near Chicago, Illinois for over 10 years at each institution.
John has been an active member of the Employee Assistance Roundtable. EAR is an organization of internally managed employee assistance programs from both private companies and non-profit organizations. John is also the current President of the EAPA Lone Star chapter.
A product of the Midwest, John graduated from Bluffton University in Ohio and achieved his post graduate work at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
